The Wellness Centre offers 3 state of the art, fully equipped and mirrored studios, offering Pilates, Yoga and Elite Training. The centre has a spacious reception and waiting area, 4 treatment rooms with their own waiting area for Bodytalk Sports Injuries and Perfect Balance Osteopathy Ltd., and includes on-site changing rooms with showers and lockers.
